Remember, this is by a professional bodybuilder, so modify it to fit your abilities. Use weights you are used to - ladies, start with 2 lbs weights. The box jump, use a low platform; you can easily build one out of wood or use an exercise mat folded up. Be careful it is something you can jump on and off without falling or having it tip over on you.
